• Practising Immigration Law with particular emphasis on the migration of Business Immigrants (Investors) to Canada and the United States of America
• Past-Chair of the Canadian Bar Association National Immigration Law Section
• Former Treasurer and Vice-Chair of the National Immigration Law Section
• Served on the Executive of the Citizenship and Immigration Law section of the Ontario Bar Association for 7 years
• A founding member of the Canadian Immigration Policy Council

• Travels extensively throughout countries in Middle East, Asia, and India
